Tuesday 10th Dec – Tuggeranong swimming (Shona away but set provided)
Wednesday 11th Dec – Wind Trainer No session
Thursday 12th Dec - Tuggeranong swimming (Shona away but set provided)
Tuesday 17th Dec – PM Tuggers Swimming - Last session until 7th Jan
Wednesday 18th Dec – PM Wind Training - Last session until Mid Jan
Thursday 19th Dec – AM Running - Last session until 7th Jan
Thursday 19th Dec onward – No more sessions until March 2020
Friday 20th Dec – First Phillip Pool Morning Swim session 6.30am and will continue each Fri AM throughout the Christmas/NY period for those around.
Back to normal except wind training (Gary will provide update) from 7th Jan onwards.

Tuesday 6.30PM –7.30 PM – YMCA Tuggeranong Pool (Lanes 1-4, deep end of the pool).
6.15 -6.30 pm dry land and session explanation. Please be ready to be in the water 6.30pm sharp.
This session has an emphasis on technique and speed development for all skill levels.
Friday 6.30AM - Phillip 50m Outdoor Pool (Lanes 7-8) Commencing 20/12/2019
This session is focused on building endurance and strength, and targeted for those capable of swimming continuously for 400 metres plus.
Please note: If you are running late to the session, please slot into wherever the lane is up to. This will limit the disruption for other swimmers.
Attendence Log: Please fill in the attendance book prior to the session and note any injuries, niggles or events you have coming up.
Pool Entry Costs -
Tuesday Tuggeranong $5.30 entry plus $3 Tri-member/$5 Non-member collected by the coach.
Friday Phillip $7.50 paid at reception (no additional fee)
If you are just getting back into the pool for the first time or after a long break, please let the coach know prior to the sessions starting.

Open Water Sessions: Summer ONLY. Check/Post on Facebook Closed Group or contact president for OW swim groups. We urge you to check the water quality reports before any open water swim and to exercise sound judgement if there has been any rain since the last readings. For Lake Burley Griffin reports, Yarralumla Bay and Acton Beach (Ferry Terminal).
Wednesday 6.00 PM – TOUR DE GARAGE! Wind Training at 27 Tatchell St Calwell.
Coach: Gary Lilley. Please contact Gary if you are attending 0408081290. You need a bike and running shoes for a run off the bike. Club wind trainers are available. Please arrange with Gary if you require a wind trainer for the night.
Saturday - ROAD RIDE
Saturday rides are informally organised and posted on the Facebook closed group.

NB: If you have a head torch, I encourage you to bring it along. By no means is it a necessity but it does help when the light is low. If we don't need them on any given day you can always leave it in the car.

Meet near the electricity station. Access from Callister Cres. Small car park situated at 27 Callister Cres. (access also from Eaglemont Retreat in Conder)

Sunday- LONG SLOW DISTANCE (LSD) RUN
Winter: 8AM departure Shepherson Place Isaacs. Various distances and routes are available for all skill level.
