Open Water Sessions: Summer ONLY. Check/Post on Facebook Closed Group or contact coaching for OW swim groups. We urge you to check the water quality reports before any open water swim and to exercise sound judgement if there has been any rain since the last readings. Wednesday 6.30 PM – TOUR DE GARAGE! Wind Training at 27 Tatchell St Calwell.
Coach: Gary Lilley. Please contact Gary if you are attending 0408081290. You need a bike and running shoes for a run off the bike. Club wind trainers are available. Please arrange with Gary if you require a wind trainer for the night.

Tuesday 6 AM – SPEED and INTERVALS -

From Tuesday (14 March 2017), coached speed sessions will be held at Fadden Pines (park and meet at the mPowerdome carpark).

NB: If you have a head torch, I encourage you to bring it along (especially on Thursdays). By no means is it a necessity but it does help when the light is low. If we don't need them on any given day you can always leave it in the car.

Thursday 6 AM - HILLS - Theodore, meet near electricity station. Access from Callister Cres. Small car park situated at 27 Callister Cres. (access also from Eaglemont Retreat in Conder)
