Coach: Gary Lilley. Please contact Gary if you are attending 0408081290. You need a bike and running shoes for a run off the bike. Club windtrainers are available. Please arrange with Gary if you require a windtrainer for the night.

Thursday 6 AM - HILLS - Theodore, meet near electricity station. Access from Callister Cres. Small car park situated at 27 Callister Cres. (access also from Eaglemont Retreat in Conder)
NB: If you have a head torch, I encourage you to bring it along (especially on Thursdays). By no means is it a necessity but it does help when the light is low. If we don't need them on any given day you can always leave it in the car.

Sunday run 7.30 AM - LONG RUN - Shepherdson Place, Isaacs, ACT - Isaacs Ridge/Farrer Ridge
Each Sunday morning runners will depart in self-selected groups to explore the diverse track system available throughout this beautiful part of Canberra. Many tracks are shaded and suitable for summer running.
This is a long slow run format where all fitness levels are encouraged to take part in the 'participation' culture of the Vikings tri club. Following your run take advantage of the post run coffee and catch-up.
This is an uncoached session and everyone is welcome.
