Swim Squads 

Tuesday 6.30PM –7.30 PM – Lakeside Leisure,  Tuggeranong (25m Lanes 1-3, deep end of the pool).

Please arrive by 6:15pm ready for a coached session focusing on swim squad and stamina.

Friday 6.00AM - 7.00AM -Lakeside Leisure,  Tuggeranong (50m Lanes 1-3, deep end of the pool).

Please be ready to swim by 6am , we understand this is an early start but its so you can get to work / school drop off. This is a coached session.

Sunday 3:15PM - 4:15pM -Lakeside Leisure,  Tuggeranong (25m Lanes 1-3, deep end of the pool).

The Sunday Squad are a casual coached session incorporating a balance of aerobic and anaerobic workouts , with tips and advice.

Please note: If you are running late to the session, please slot into wherever the lane is up to. This will limit the disruption for other swimmers.

 

In addition to pool entry, coached sessions may attract a  surcharge to help contribute towards the  lane hire and the subsidised coach.  Payment by card/ Apple pay and similar. 

Guests of members welcome with prior notification.

Tarmac / Single Track

Whatever your ride preferences are you will find like-minded riders at Vikings Tri Club.

There is always someone riding somewhere. We have an active cycling community, and you will always find a group suited to your ability.

Rides are typically informally organised and posted on the Members Facebook Page.

 

 

 

Running Groups 

Tuesday 6 AM – SPEED and INTERVALS - Calwell Shopping Centre - 15 Webber Cres, CALWELL, ACT.

Meet at Calwell swim school. All welcome.

Thursday 6am- Hill Sessions - Tuggeranong hill and surronding

NB: During the winter months a head torch is essential, for your safety and ours.

Parkrun - Vikings Tri Club has a strong contingent of Parkrunners that can be found across the ACT and further a field. These are often social events and followed by coffee , breakfast and a catch up.

Sunday Coffee Runs - Every month, mostly Sunday mornings, there is typically a trial run , various distances up to around 15km , and groups set of at different times to cover different distances with the goal of meeting for coffee at a different location. Memebers and guest are always welcome to these uncoached events.
