2019 Summer Camp

Dates: 11–13 January 2019 (you will need to take Friday off work)

Location – Jindabyne and surrounds Accommodation – Lodge style accommodation at Snow Country Ski Lodge Jindabyne.

Self-catering – Bring food for breakfast. Plenty of places to grab a nice lunch and dinner.

Open to all levels (you will need a road bike)

Cost – $200 plus food. Deposit due 9 December 2018 with final payment 22 December 2018

Camp Outline

Friday, January 11

10 am – Meet and greet

11 am – Pool

1 pm – Lunch

2 pm – Check into accommodation, rest, explore etc.

4 pm – Transition

5:30 pm – Core work

6 pm – Rest

6:30 pm – Dinner

7:30 pm – Swim

 

Saturday, January 12

5:30 – Breakfast

6 am – Travel to ride start

6:30 am – Long ride

10:30 am - Rest

11:30 am – Open water swim

1 pm – Lunch and rest

4 pm – Track session

5:30 pm – Core work

6 pm – Rest

6:30 pm – Dinner

7:30 pm – Panel Q&A

 

Sunday, January 13

5:30 – Breakfast

6 am – Group ride

7:30 am – Team activity

9 am – Accommodation check out

10 am – Brunch

Depart following brunch and travel back home reflecting on what a great camp it was, how prepared you are for the Capital Trilogy Triathlon Festival the following weekend and wondering when the next camp will be 🙂
